Problem with special characters

I've got a customer who created a folder named Files&Documents". In the folder list, it displays as "Files[a bunch of odd special characters]." He's now unable to delete that folder; RoundCube will report that the folder was deleted successfully, but it's still there after logging out and logging back in. Is this a known issue?
