sending a Mail

sorry for my bad english,
when i will send email through roundcube, this entry is in the error log.


SMTP Error: SMTP error: Authentication failure: STARTTLS failed (Code: ) in /share/HDA_DATA/.qpkg/XDove/roundcube/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1248 (POST /roundcube/?_task=mail&_action=send)

Can someone help me?
