It just blanked out...!

Our roundcube mail just got BLANK today... Just a blank page show up when I try to access it.

Our hosting company installed this for me, but doesn´t support it.

What do I do...? How do I fix this...?

try looking in [roundcube_root]/logs/error there might be an entry in there that says whats wrong.

I am a total newbie on this...! Our hosting company has told me they don´t support it.

Where is it installed this on the server...? We have it for all our domains... not just one or two particular ones..
