HTML email not displaying - BUG

I figured I would post this here as a bug since it tooks me hours of tracking down the problem before I found the link below, and that this should be included by default ... *or* you use an exclude list instead of an include list for the washtml.php file.

If you experience the problem where you have a blank email, in HTML mode, before you go any further, add "wbr" to the $html_elements array in "program/lib/washtml.php".

Developers, please take two seconds and add this tag to the default washtml.php file.  It will save many headaches.
