authentification failed

I try to install roundcube on 1and1 server, when I check login via http://mysite.com/installer/welcome.html, I get this message :

Connecting to imap.1and1.com...
IMAP connect:  NOT OK(Authentication for [email protected] failed (LOGIN): "a001 NO authentication failed.")

where is my error ????
