v0.2.2 - Still can't open mail with non-ASCII filename attachment

It works well on v0.1
but after I upgrade to 0.2.1 beta and 0.2.2 I can't open any message with non-ascii filename attachment.
English or number named attachment is ok. No attachment is ok.

I have tried "changeset/2556" and other solutions in the wiki.
please help~~

Php 5.2.6
Email server: hmailserver
