Performance problem

My RC ver.0.2.2 act very slow when I try to delete messages from my spam folder.
I show 40 messages per page.
When I select the 40 messages for deletion it takes 60 seconds for RC to come up with the next 40 messages.
I have about 1500 messages in the folder.

How do I do to tune up the performance in RC?

Which e-mail server are you using?
Is RC installed on the same machine as the mail server?

My mailserver is hMailserver 4.4-B270 and my RC installation is on an other mashine. RC and hMailserver use two different MySQL servers which both are installed on the same mashines as where their respectively programs recide.

Probably your RC installation in not the issue. hMailserver has not the best performance with IMAP sort extension. If you turn off the IMAP sort extension it will be mutch faster. But when turned off the search results from roundcube will not be as good. The solution for this is wait untill hMailserver 5.2 comes available because IMAP sort performance will be worked on in this version. I do have the same issue as you have got.

Are there any other drawbacks with hMailserver together with RC?

Which e-mail server are you using?
Is RC installed on the same machine as the mail server?
