Reply/Forward produces blank messages from folders other than Inbox

We recently upgraded to 0.2.1, and now, if users attempt to reply to a message, or forward it, from any folder other than the Inbox, there's no recipient, and the original message isn't quoted in the message body.  The only thing displayed is:

I've tested this with multiple users, browsers, folders and message types, and it seems to happen whether I'm using the HTML composer or plain text, whether the message is plain text or formatted, etc.  No errors are being logged to /var/roundcube/logs/errors, and comparing the URLs of the replies (from the Inbox) that successfully include a recipient and the message content to the URLs of replies (from other folders) that do not, there are no differences.
