Auto Refresh Inbox - IMAP Issue

I am using the latest 0.2.2 stable of RC.  I am having the inbox refresh issue.  I am a longtime user of RC and turning the caching off has always worked.

Is there a fix to get this auto-refresh to work correctly and update both folder and inbox without having to use the check mail button or refresh entire page?

I use a Blackberry that utilizes IMAP checking on the mailbox and I think that is affecting the showing of "touched" messages.

Please help.
