Attachments Max Size

Hi
My webmail have a limit of 2Mb for the attachments.
I would like to increase to 30Mb.
I allready change .htaccess and php.ini but still can't send bigger attachments.
I also need help to change the information when adding an attachment (...your limit is 30Mb...).

• Have you removed the semi-column for

upload_max_filesize = 30M

• Have you restarted the server?

yes...restarted 3 times!

when i attached the file, it gives me an error: exceed file size of 2Mb
