Preinstalled plugins

Hi. Can anyone tell me if the plugins that comes and installs with the RoundCube package are "installed" and "activated" and "ready for use"??

Or do I need to do something to be able to use them?

The documents don't say if they are "active" after installation or not.. I was assuming that they are.. But, I don't see a lot of the stuff that I think the plugins should do... So, I'm thinking that it's either they are NOT ACTIVATED or They're NOT WORKING.

Can anyone tell me please?

They are not activated ...
