Hello,

When I connect on RC with a Gmail account and Gmail domain, I can see the whole folder structure. However, when connecting to this account through the 'accounts' plugin, I can only see the Inbox folder.

I saw it working properly on Rosali's dev site, where the remote Gmail account was showing up with all its folders.

Any idea on how to fix this ?

Thanks a lot.

David.

Did you install savepassword plugin? Did you save Special folders in preferences section?

Hi Rosali,

I did install the savepassord plugin. As for the special folders, after I've switched to the Gmail account, the only option I have is Inbox for all of them.
No matter what I save, the Gmail folders never show up.

Thanks.

David.

Could you give me a test account and ftp access? PM'me details.

Thanks for remote access. I was able to reproduce the bug and will release a patched version of accounts plugin soon.

No nothing. I did contact my host though and they said port 993 is not blocked but that they do not support gmail. I dont know if it is really them or if it is something I am doing wrong. I have tried just about everything.

To narrow this: Are you able to add accounts f.e. mail4us.net (see default config.inc.php.dist)?

I signed up for an account at mail4us.net and set that up in my accounts plugin and trired to add it but it will not add this either. It will only add  another account from my domain only.

So, if I understand you right, it works. The issue looks like you can't connect to google. IMO, this is related to:
(*) Either Port 993 issue
(*) Or Missing ssl support

so there is really nothing I can do? I will talk to my host again.

rosali

You could give me remote access (test account and full ftp access to roundcube root folder) to cross check if the issue is on your or on your hosts side. PM'me.
