Cannot Establish RC 0.3.0s Folders Properly


  Environment:
  All installed on common win xp sp2 machine
   Webserver, Database server, php, admin.
    Wamp 2.0i
      apache 2.2.11
      mysql 5.1.36
      php 5.2.9-2
      phpmyadmin 3.2.0.1
 
   Mail Server
    hMailServer 5.1.2-B346
 
   Mail Client
    RC 0.2.2 stable
    RC 0.3.0 stable
 
  For the test procedures of RC 0.2.2 and RC 0.3.0 all aspects of the
  environment are configured EXACTLY THE SAME. from scratch.
 
  Test Procedure for RC 0.2.2 stable
  1. ensured all vestiges of TOTAL Environment are removed from host computer.
  2. install Wamp (webserver, database server, php, admin), and configure.
  3. install HmailServer and configure
  4. Install RC 0.2.2 and configure. NO Plug ins
  RC 0.2.2 works. No problem with default folders being created. No problem with
  messages being moved between folders.
 
  Test Procedure for RC 0.3.0 stable
  1. ensured all vestiges of TOTAL Environment are removed from host computer.
  2. install Wamp (webserver, database server, php, admin), and configure.
  3. install HmailServer and configure
  4. Install RC 0.2.2 and configure. NO Plug ins
  RC 0.3.0 installs with no problem. The default folders appear.
  But access to all folders (except Inbox) is not obtainable.
  Therefore no operations involving folders other than the 'Inbox' work properly.
 
  For comparison of the visable differences I have attached screen shots of
  RC 0.2.2 and RC 0.3.0 for:
  1. Mail List Folder pane
  2. Settings Special Folders with drop down menu
  3. Settings Folder Tab
  You can see the difference in the way the folders are presented.
 
  Also attached are two files of IMAP conversations taken from the hMailServer logs.
  These conversations are of the movement of one message from the inbox to
  the 'Trash' folder. You can see that the two versions of RC mail speak to the
  mail server differently for the same imap operation.
  I find this very puzzling since both versions were installed extactly the same,
  with same configs and database store, and no mods or plug ins.
 
  Any Ideas on how to fix RC 0.3.0 to run as expected?
