Exporting

I am new to RoundCube and a rather novice techie. This is the only choice my host gives me for mail. Is there some not too hard of a way to export my mail files

You can export a message by selecting it from the list, then going to the "More actions" menu on the toolbar (the last icon) and selecting save (.eml).
