How to force users who log in first time to set theyr e-mail

Hi

First of all great product! On little thing that I can't find. Since now I used Squirrel mail. Now I want forward my users to use RC. If user logs in and send e-mail there will be a problem because the sender address is somehing like "user_domain@localhost". How to force users go to setting area and change their e-mail?
