New email addresses wont allow login

Hi there, Ive got a site with 1and1.co.uk (not my choice) with a roundcube install at //www.website.com/mail , I have a bunch of email accounts that i have had setup for a while and they all log in to rouncube no problem but when i set up new ones they wont let me login. I can login to the 1and1 webmail with the details but not rouncube.

I dont know if it makes any difference but i jhave a default username domain being added, is that likley to cause problems

any thoughts or help would be great

is the default domain that you are adding the correct one for the new email address? as in is it [email protected] or [email protected]?
