corrupt connection to IMAP

Hello,

I noticed that when someone has more than 3000 messages in the inbox, this error occurs:

Unexpected condition from IMAP server, closed or corrupt connection to IMAP. Possible mailbox corruption.


Does anyone know how we should proceed to solve the problem?
