Sieverules on Windows?

Would like to use Sieverules, however I'm using hMailServer on Windows. Don't suppose there are any options here in my case?

sieverules need dovecot (or cyrus). but its not working on windows (i think)

dziobak is right, sieverules only works with mail servers which support the managesieve protocol like dovecot or cyrus
