Detailed Address Book

I would like to see RC get a well developed 'Address Book' that allows you to add email addresses for one contact entry, mobile / home / work phone, and even the option to add a contact image. I have provided a screenshot from Atmail's version which I find to be very polished and works great!

Hi. Please search the forum before posting, this has been discussed alot already and there are several patches around to add extra fields both on the forum and the dev mailing list. extended address book is on the roadmap for version 0.5.

Hi. I did a search before posting and noticed it was discussed and suggested I install a buggy add-on patch that seems flakey at best. I decided to view the 'Roadmap' and didn't see anything listed as 'extended address book' like you claimed:

Implement new features like:

    * Address book import/export
    * Image resizing for preview
    * VCard data for rich contact information

Non of those for 0.5 really describe what I was suggesting so that is why I posted. Just trying to post my input and make the software better. I don't subscribe to the 'dev-mailing list'...
