Change Default Columns

Guys,

maybe that question has been answered in the past already, I'm sorry in advance i looked for an hour and found nothing

What i need to do:

1. I need to change the default column width size in all folders
2. I need to change the default column 'Sender' in all folders to 'Recipient', so in my Inbox or any custom folder i create i will see in the preview table to whom the email was sent instead of from who.

Can you please tell me what file i should change the settings in, where i should look for one and what to change please. I'm new to this whole RoundCube so please forgive me in advance for any stupid seemed questions.
