Password assistance

I am using roundcube through lunarpages.com, and don't know what version.  I cannot get to any control panel for the password app.  we are trying to set up emails for our users and want them to choose their own password.  can anyone help the ignorant??

If your using RoundCube that is provided by your provider you have no control over the setting/plugins you would need to have your own install of RoundCube in order to setup the password plugin.
