Off line mode

I'd like to allow user to have an "off line" mode.

it's not a problem install on client PC MAMP, WAMP, LAMP etc...

but, do you think that is it possible allow user to read downloaded mails also if they are off line?

Not with the way RoundCube works right now, it would have to download the whole email and store it. I not sure if it could be done with a plugin.
