"These characters are not allowed"

Hi,

When a user tries to login, they get a message that says: "These characters are not allowed".

When I try to login, I don't get that type of message, and I'm successfully loged in.

Anyone who can help?

do you have any plugins installed? if not i think that message is coming from your imap server, take a look in your imap server logs and see if there is any more info
