Error on loading Webmail

I am getting this Error on loading the page not even getting the 'Login' screen, Please help, My company cant run without the Emails and im still waiting for a few in the next day or two!

(Prefix not sure what that means here but im using the webmail version)

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

RoundCube can't connect to your database, verify that the host, username, password, and database are all correct in /config/db.inc.php

thanks for that but i have no exp in modifying html's

the one im with is from #1 Free Forum Hosting – FreeForum-Hosting.com and has most of what i wanted all built into its admin panel. i have got a 'Download' page that someone had to make for me but no longer able to talk to him dew to him starting his Military Service few months ago.

is there anyway that someone could tell me how to check or even look them selfs?

Did you install RoundCube and do you have access to the RoundCube files?

Online never have installed it. I used it 20th Nov. with no problems, and then 21st i cant get in.

If you don't have access to RoundCube files and database there isn't anything you can do to fix the problem.

Something on the server broke, without access to the server there is nothing you can do to modify it.
