.5 RC OS X Server Upgrade Of RoundCube

I have followed the upgrade install procedure but am hung up with the following issue:

Different DB Schema

"Please manually execute the SQL statements from.... on your database.
See comments in the file nd execute queries that are superscribed..."

I know nothing about SQL and was hoping for some assistance.
