How can I remove list of links that Roundcube automatically inserts on the footer of some e-mails?

You probably have your settings for displaying messages set to plain text (html unchecked). These links mentioned at the bottom are the links in the original html message.

I don't know if there is a work around for displaying you mails in plan text and not showing the links.

Did anybody find a solution to this? A 10 email conversation quickly ends up with ~300kb emails being sent back and forth due to the ridiculous email footer links.

I can understand adding when you're going to print a web page - but surely I can disable them in my emails...

The most simple solutions are:
  • Never use HTML mail.
  • Clean mail and add your reply under the quoted text.

I've written a patch for this which will apply against the current svn-trunk. Let me know if you want a patch for whichever current roundcube version you're running. Hopefully this will make it into the next rc release.
