personalized address book

Hello:
I have this situation, two users groups, un group need search in one ldap addressbook, and the other group need to search in the other Ldap address book and search in the first ldap

Group users 1 -------------------------> Ldap addressbook 1                                                                       ^                  |
Group users 2 ----------------------------> Ldap addressbook2

How can i do this?
