Problem signing up for Trac?

Hi there. I've found a bug in RoundCube (well, actually it has been present for a long time across many versions but I haven't bothered to try to report until now) and I'm trying to sign up for Trac to log it but I seem unable to do so. When I register for an account it requires me to verify my email address. However, I receive no such verification email. No, it isn't in my junk folder.

Upon trying to log in again it now rejects my password and when I try to reset my password I get sent a new one via email but this doesn't work either.

Any idea what's going on here? I'd love to report this issue.
