Error 500

Please help I am using webmail for my start up and it has not been working since yesterday :-( the error is

SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Error No. [500]
 
I have no idea why or what i can do to rectify this. If anyone has any ideas please help...all the best, sarah
