The newly released roundcube-0.5.2-bundle-v1.1.zip is a disaster if you use calendar!!!

I had two sites working perfectly on roundcube-0.5.2-bundle-v1.0.zip  and thought I would do the upgrade.    The only fix was to completely delete the jqueryui and calendar plugin folders and restore them from the old version.

The calendar was completely unusable.  I think the problems were mostly jquery.

I am running Roundcube version 0.5.2

Works for me with both:

jquery 1.4 (Roundcube 0.5.2)
jquery 1.5.2 (Roundcube SVN)

What exactly is the problem?

The only major update was the jqueryui plugin from version 1.8.6 to version 1.8.12 which require both jquery 1.3.2 +.

It seems to be working ok now.   If you upgrade by simply copying the new plugin over the top of the old, there is a problem.   However, after completely removing the  calendar and jqueryui directories and then reinstalling those plugins they work just fine.

Of course one has to remember to set the permissions on the temp folder and restore the configs

I have the same problem. See Attachement.

This problem is in package

released roundcube-0.5.2-bundle-v1.1.zip

and

released roundcube-0.5.2-bundle-v1.0.zip

I think the css files for theme doesn´t load.

Have you any solutions?

Thank you!

Wipe out old installation, re-install and clear browser cache.

I have remove the full bundle and reinstall the bundle, but the same error.

Before the installation of the bundle 1.1 i upgrade Roundcube to version 5.2.

Have you an howto for the bundle installation? I have more problems with other plugins in this bundle. Witch plugins must be active in main config?

Thank you!

rosali

Did you install and activate the jquerui plugin?

Yes. I activate the jqueryui first and then the calendar plugin.

$rcmail_config['plugins'] = array('jqueryui','calendar');

The jqueryui ist running, i think there is a problem with the theme files in the calendar module. I check the page with firebug and found no css files loaded from the calendar theme.

No further suggestions. Is there a chance to get remote access to your system?

(Imap test account, ftp to roundcube root)

Yes no problem. I create you an accound and an ftp user.

Have you an email adress for me, so i can send you users and passwords?

rosali

You can use Forum Private messaging or myroundcube [at] mail4us [dot] net.

I send you the informations via email.

Remove the .htaccess file in the plugins folder. It is bundled with MyRoundcube Plugins but makes trouble on your server. I have renamed the file remotely and it works now.
Also please re-configure your $rcmail_config['plugins'].

I will release next bundle without this file.
