My screen view all got really tiny...help!

I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I was holding down Ctrl and selecting multiple emails to delete from my inbox, and all of a sudden my whole page view is now in a smaller view, the text and all icons. It has tiny fonts, like size 4 that I can hardly read. I am thinking I hit some function key that made it do this, but I can't figure out how to undo it. I did check in settings to try and fix it, and restarted my computer too to see if that reset it, but no luck. Any ideas? thanks!

You probably hit Ctrl - try hitting Ctrl 0 or Ctrl +.
