Address Book Contacts not displaying

Hello,

I recently installed and configuret Roundcube, and now I have been testing it. It seems to have an error in the address book because when i add a contact it says contact added successfully, and the record in dhe Contacts table in dhe database is added but the contact does not show in the contact or address book pane.
The field value of del is 0 for all the contacts added.

I would appreciate some help at this point,

Are there any errors in the error log? Are you using any plugins?
