buttons gone when i click email

i installed roundcube to my cpanel

and ok its work and i can send email etc..

but when i choose one email from inbox some of buttons gone in up or when i click twice to email for read

ok i see email and i can read it but in this page i cant see buttuns in up too it doesnt appear

What version roundcube and what browser are you using?

Might try firefox. See if its the same.

I had the same problem after using custom buttons, after creating my own template the problem was gone...
