Outlook and Roundcube - Sync

Hi,
i have a fresh roundcube install on mac os x snow leopard server. there is one client with winxp and outlook 2007 on this server. when a message in outlook is sent, the message is not on round cube in the sent folder.
I'm new to roundcube. Is there any sync necessary?

My guess is the Outlook user has set outlook not to sync sent messages, look through the Outlook settings and see if you can find that option. Sorry I can't be of more help.
