[0.5.4] thread sorting

hi,

was wondering if someone can give me a hand with thread sorting in 0.5.4. I've got the sorting setup as follows:

List View Mode = Threads
Sorting Column = Sent Date
Sorting Order = descending

so that the most recent messages appear on top. This works great for threads themselves (or single messages), however once a thread is expanded, the messages within are displayed in reverse order, i.e. original (oldest) message on top.

On a similiar note, collapsed thread appears as the original message whereas I'd like to see the most recent one.

Is there a way to get this fixed?

When you change the order inside the thread then the threading will have no sense.

fair enough. it just seemed counter intuitive to have different sorting order inside and outside of the thread.
