User login then logout again

I have moved to another server. When I login to roundcube the user logs in for about 3-5 seconds and then log me out again. If I use remember me then login logout continuously. Thank you

I have tried to run ./bin/installto.sh to upgrade but I get -bash: ./bin/installto.sh: Permission denied also

Edit: I look in the database and it seems the vars are not added for the session
