Can't Login

Hello,

I am trying to login using my domain but I can't even though I can login using the host control panel with the Roundcube client. I am not sure what information is needed to be posted here in order to solve the problem so if anybody could give me some troubleshooting steps that would be great.

Basically you need the same login data as for any desktop client (main.inc.php). Also you can enable imap_debug and smtp_debug to get hints for troubleshooting in the log files.

Well, I am not sure about the settings, I have never used an e-mail client before.

The tests all turned out all good except for the IMAP login test. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

And a couple of more questions, Is there a way to be able to login without writing "@domain.com" every time?  I saw the "username_domain" is that it? and if it is; should I set it to "domain.com" or "@domain.com"?

The "smtp_user/smtp_pass", is it a must? if it is, where do I get those for? or am I suppose to set them myself in the form?

One last question, "Use the current IMAP username and password for SMTP authentication" what is that?

I am really sorry I have almost no knowledge about these things. The rest of the information I already filled in.
