can not login it is urgent

i am new user fo rouncube.
i have shared server. previously we use shared webmail of hosting provider but now we install the roundcube and configured as mention in how to. we have old user( login through shared webmail) now how can i syncroise that with roundcube and create new user in round cube.
please help its urgent.

RoundCube isn't a mail server, it's just a imap webmail client.
So you need to create a account on the (imap) mail server,
and then you logon to that (imap) server with RoundCube.

i have one more query that we have shared server , mail server also in that case how i can apply chang password mechenism
