0.6 SVN is prepending 2xLF characters at beginning of attachments

People,

At first I thought it was some sort of error from someone who sent me some attachments then I realised it is happening with all attachments I get - RCM is all prepending 2 LF characters at the beginning of attachments - I have to save them and then do a binary edit to get rid of the two characters and then I can open them with whatever viewer etc is appropriate . .

This is a serious problem! - I can help debug it if someone wants to contact me . .

Disable all plugins and change interface language and try again.

Yes that fixed it - language was set to "null" so I changed it to "en_US".  By a process of elimination it looks like the problem is this plugin:
