Skype icon not working in html signature.

Hey Guys,

New guy here, I'm hoping you can help me with a problem. I have created an html email signature for a client and the skype icon button doesn't seem to be working properly. My images are being hosting online and all of the buttons work except for skype. When clicked, it takes me to the cpanel (http://www.cranberrycopy.com:2095/cpsess6232257888/3rdparty/roundcube/skype:cranberrycopy?call).

I'm hoping you can shed some light on this. I'm pretty sure the coding is correct since it works in other email clients. Does Roundcube not support Skype? I can't imagine that but it seems it is the case. Hopefully I am wrong.

So does this mean they do not support skype links at all or they are having issues with it?

That is ridiculous if they do not support it.
