Setup help

I am not having a good time here. I have been sitting here working my *** off trying to figure it out, and couldn't figure anything out. I cannot get it to work at all. I am to the point will I will pay someone to get it working and setup. The site will be on Wrecked Us :: ERROR.

Well I am on test config nothing I test works. So I guess I set it up wrong, which I guarantee I did as I don't know much about smtp, and imap, or anything else close to that. I don't even know how to get the information it asks for. I am just completely stumped call me stupid but I need someone to do it for me or something. I am willing to pay. Shooting and email to scott now.
