In box scrambled ?

For some reason my inbox is scrambled with email not being sorted by date received. I am sure this is a easy fix but an unable to find a "sort or post by" icon. Can any of you help me out?

I'm not 100% sure, this might only work if your imap server supports sorting. if it does then you can click on the column headings in the mail list (subject, from, date etc) or press the little icon on the left hand end of the heading row and a menu will popup with the sort options.
