preview pane is not showing the email content

Hi Friends,

 Roundcube was working fine so far , but now when an e mail comes thru it appears in the inbox with subject line but when i  click on email to preview it , it just shows blank preview pane it also does not show any attachment with email ,please help me to figure out whats wrong with this, if i see same mail in some other webmail client it is visible without any problem, only roundcube has problem.
