Open .psp file (portable playstations); file not recoqnized

Hello all,

I'm using the latest Roundcube version on one of my servers and a customer on that server cannot use Roundcube on a portable playstation. We used to have Squirrelmail as a web client and it was no problem using Squirrelmail on the portable playstation. Is there a specific difference why Roundcube will not work on a portable playstation? Is this a familiar problem?
