Upgrade from 3.1 to r6120 errors

Hi.
upgrade from 3.1 to r6120 almost went perfect. A few thing I had to manually change though.
It didn't create all tables:
cache_index
cache_messages
cache_thread
contactgroupmembers
contactgroups
dictionary
where all missing.

Missed updating 2 fields in "contacts".
Add the row "words" in table "contacts" and adjust the default value in row "changed" to default value "1000-01-01 00:00:00" also in table "contacts".
