All folders marked "unsubscribed" after server move.

Hello all,

I've moved my system to a new hardware and software, moved from Centos 5 to Centos 6, MySQL 5.0 to MySQL 5.5 and PHP 5.2.17 to PHP 5.3.12.
Everything was transferred successfully, but when I log in to Roundcube all folders from all user are not visible. Checking the Settings->Folders I see all folders are there, but unsubscribed. If I manually click the checkbox the folder appears again on the main email page.
How can I avoid this? Or how do I fix it without asking for every user to click to subscribe on every folder?
