Unable to: 'Compose New Emails'/'Add New Contacts'/See 'Sent' /'Junk' Folders

ISSUES:

1. I cannot compose new email messages.  From my 'inbox,' I click on the 'create new message' icon, I am redirected back to my 'inbox' messages. No new message screen is generated.

2. I cannot add new contacts.  From my 'inbox,' I go into my address book and click on 'create new contact', I am again redirected to my 'inbox' messages.

3. RoundCube will not query 'Sent' or 'Junk' folder messages.  When I click on the sent or junk messages, I am routed back to my 'inbox' messages.

I am able to send new emails only from my Cpanel.  The issues stated above do not occur when I access Round Cube from Cpanel.  However, this is an old version...so my contacts, folders, etc. are not present.  I need to be able to access my email from 'www.(domain name.com)/roundcube/'.  If you could help me in resolving this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
